Dance for Health is an Asian nonprofit organization that advocates dance as an easy and accessible daily activity for better physical and mental health. Through our monthly online dance course updates and bimonthly blog posts, we strive for young adults to take a break from desk work and get up from their seats for a fun, quick exercise.
